Senator Ensign Original sponsor of S1915.
His office is advising us that S1915 and HR503 will not be moved until after the November elections. They think it will go to vote before the end of this year.
The Senate is taking recess Sept. 30th thru Nov. 12th, they will reconvene the week of November 13th. They will know more after the elections Nov. 7th, as to how many weeks the Senate will remain in session.
Dedicated to saving the lives of all Equines going to Mexico and Canada for slaughter, and to improve the lives of the American Horse.
